Pan Head Machine Screws

Pan Head Machine Screws have rounded edges to the head and flat tops and come with the following popular drive variants; Slotted, Pozi, Phillips and Torx. Invariably fully threaded, a multi-purpose machine screw with a raised head sitting proud of the surface. Also know as Cheese Head in some countries, but this is not necessarily and accurate description as the head shape differs. Pan Head Machine Screws are used in many electronic applications and is a good all round screw. Available in A2, A4 and in some cases Low Carbon Steel.

A2
A2 Stainless Steel - also known as grade 304 or 18/8. A general purpose grade of stainless steel.
A4
A4 Stainless Steel - also known as grade 316 or 18/8/3. A higher corrosion resistant, marine grade of stainless steel.
BRASS
Brass - offers an attractive, corrosion resistant finish.
BZP
Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) Steel - non-stainless standard steel grade offering a basic level of corrosion resistance.
Nylon
Nylon (polyamide) - a tough lightweight plastic, tough at low temperaures, with excellent resistance to chemicals and features a favourable sliding friction behaviour.
