Stainless Flange Bolts

The DIN 6921 or EN 1665 flange bolt is a hexagon headed bolt or screw incorporating a flange, negating the need for a washer. Flange bolts are a more attractive alternative to their DIN 931 and DIN 933 hex driven counterparts. Typically used where the flange offers protection for the bolted component and where the driving tool may otherwise scratch its surface. Generally manufactured with a full thread, though occasionally some stock may include a partially threaded shank. This variant includes serrations under the head.

Typically used where aesthetics are important, or where a lower profile domed finish is required. The hex drive is generally smaller than other hex driven ranges and thus the ultimate tightening torque is reduced. Manufactured to ISO 7380, the same standard as the non flanged variant, and always fully threaded.

A 6 lobe or torx driven variant of the popular flanged socket button screw. Again, torx button flange screws can be employed where aesthetics are important, or where space is limited.
