Ergo

Ergo 5380 is a cyanoacrylate instant adhesive, which is strong and fast-acting. It's a flexible, elastic and odourless instant adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a wide range of materials. Once mixed, the adhesive can be applied for 6 minutes and will cure within 10 minutes. The polymer this glue forms has more than 200% of elongation before it would break. It shows excellent volumetric gap-filling properties and good adhesion to most plastics, wood, metals including aluminium and to porous and irregular surfaces. The gel consistency enables application in any orientation, whilst the static mixing nozzle ensures uniform and precise application.

Thread-locking fluid or threadlocker is a type of adhesive applied to the threads of fasteners such as screws and bolts to prevent loosening, leakage and corrosion.

ergo.® 4100 is a high strength threadlocking fluid, used for reliable securing of threaded fastener joints, and is difficult to remove using standard tools. Supplied with the ergo.® twist-open dispensing cap that ensures very precise and neat bonding right up to the very last drop. Made in Switzerland.

ergo.® 5300 is designed for bonding all common elastomers (solid rubber and/or foam rubber), especially for SBR, NBR and EPDM. The bonding shows really good resistance against thermal and climatic ageing. Certified acc. to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for use in commercial and residential potable water systems.

ergo.® 5011 is a universally usable adhesive for most materials and applications. Viscosity, cure speed and strength are in balanced relation to each other. Fast curing, not suitable for extreme additional requirements.
