BZP Pozi Pan Head & Countersunk Head Self Tapping Screw Assortment

Product Description

This convenient assortment contains a selection of the most commonly used Pozi pan head and Pozi countersunk head self-tapping screws manufactured from zinc plated steel for general-purpose fixing applications. The assortment is ideal for maintenance, workshop, trade and DIY use, providing a practical range of screw sizes suitable for fastening into sheet metal, plastics and other materials where a pre-formed thread is not available.

Pozi pan head screws offer a rounded head profile suitable for surface mounting applications, while Pozi countersunk head screws provide a flush finish when installed into a countersunk hole. Both screw types feature a Pozi drive recess for improved driver engagement and reduced cam-out during installation.

Dimensional requirements and tolerances for the Pozi pan head screws are based on DIN 7981. Dimensional requirements and tolerances for the Pozi countersunk head screws are based on DIN 7982. Refer to Figures 1 and 2 and the accompanying tables for detailed dimensional information.
